Initially matured within first fill ex-bourbon casks, this characteristically fruity release has been finished for an extended 3 years and 4 months within exceptional French Cognac casks tooffer notes of sweet smoke, rich honey, poached pear, dried apple, and vanilla ice cream. 58% ABV, 2250 bottles, 700ml
Nose: Experience notes of red apples and poached pear with soft vanilla ice cream, a dash of runny honey, and a hint of floral sweet smoke.
Palate: Creamy and smooth with notes of toffee apple, poached pear, leading to rich salted caramel and baked apple crumble.
Finish: Elegant and delicate; notes of honeydew melon, lemon zest and apple crumble accompanied by a light oak spice and a welcome wisp of sweet smoke.
