Matured in Oloroso sherry casks, Glenfarclas 10 year old is gloriously smooth, yet with the depth and finish you would expect from an older expression. A wonderfully sherried whisky and an excellent aperitif. Vibrant straw gold liquid, the sherry-sweet malty tones combine with subtle spices, honey vanilla and pear drops. A delicately light flavour of sherry sweetness, hints of dried fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves all temp the taste buds and lead to a long, smooth, spicy finish.
