In keeping with Inverclyde’s nautical theme, they wanted to create their own Navy Strength gin, but with a local and innovative twist. The origins of ‘Navy Strength Gin’ has a strong storyline within Naval History, so it was the perfect second launch for the brand to take on. They came up with Inverclyde Gin – Port Strength. Their ‘Port Strength’ Gin is inspired by the strong people, shipbuilding and naval heritage of Inverclyde. Located at Latitude 55.9°N, Inverclyde’s town of Port Glasgow played a pivotal role in Inverclyde’s naval past. They wanted to pay homage to the town, their home, and have perfected their Port Strength Gin to 55.9% ABV.
