Nose: Aromas of sweet treacle and dried figs mingled with malt loaf, raisins and baking spices.
Palate: Layers of fruit cake and banana bread followed by marzipan stuffed dates, toasted walnuts and sultanas with hints of clove and cinnamon.
Finish: Cosy notes of Danish pastries, cocoa powder and syrup sponge cake fading to a warming oak and tobacco linger.

Batch 1 of this limited edition has a total of 6000 bottles, each one individually numbered. Seiridh is pronounced “sheh-ree” and is Gaelic meaning sherry. A perfectly balanced single malt which has been matured in American Oak Bourbon casks before being finished in specially selected oloroso sherry butts from Jeres in Alcudia, Spain. A beautifully rich, complex and full flavoured single malt.
Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of sultana, butterscotch and candied pecans.
