The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together for added complexity and character. The result is a premium tequila with a smoother, more interesting flavor than most on the market. The clean, balanced taste with hints of sweet fruit and pepper is perfect sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail. Named after the first year in which tequila was distilled and aged.

A tequila of excellent calibre in its purest form, Rooster Rojo Blanco is bright and lively with a sweet, peppery profile. Produced at the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery, and made with 100% blue weber agave juice which is steamed and fermented over four days before skilful distillation. Once distilled, the tequila is blended with water that has been filtered through Mexican silver, an innovative and intensely purifying process which is unique to Rooster Rojo. Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila can be served as a chilled shot, poured over ice, or topped up with soda water and a generous squeeze of lime.
