Dark, rich fruit with complex aromatics and a warming finish.
Buck and Birch
Nose – A warm concoction of zesty citrus, cloves, herbs & honey.
Palate – Luciously thick and creamy and the honey, herb and citrus notes are still very much present and dominant, along with a bit of aniseed
Nose – Sweet warming with menthol and peppermint notes.
Palate – Wonderful sweet, spicy and fruity taste in the mouth.
Finish – Spicy, herbal flavours and a subtle whisky edge.
Flavoured with honey and sloe berries. Not overly sweet, instead it is a balanced, well-crafted liqueur.
