This AnCnoc 18-year-old single malt has undergone maturation in a blend of ex-sherry casks made from Spanish oak and ex-bourbon barrels crafted from American oak. This combination imparts a delightful fruity and spicy profile with deep undertones. The aroma reveals enticing scents of dried fruits, baking spices, ripe oranges, chocolate, and oiled leather. On the palate, one can savor flavors of fruit loaf, candied lemon, vanilla, honey, caramel, pepper, and aromatic spices, which pleasantly linger in the finish.
