A single cask gem from Balvenie Distillery, this 14-year-old single malt from the Collection of Curious Casks was aged in an American bourbon barrel and bottled unchill-filtered at 47.8%. Known for pioneering cask finishes, Balvenie is also one of the few Scottish distilleries with its own coppersmith and cooperage on-site. Official tasting notes reveal candied orange peel grounded in woody, earthy flavors with roasted malt and deep vanilla oakiness.
