Blind Summit 9-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled at Benriach Distillery, offers a unique balance of classic Pedro Ximénez sweetness with vibrant red berry notes. On the nose, Ribena and redcurrant mingle with dried fruit, spice, white chocolate, and a fresh alpine hint. The palate is light yet complex, showcasing a refined 6-month PX cask finish that enhances the malt’s natural character without overpowering. Bottled at 56.3% ABV, this single cask release is non-chill filtered, natural in colour, and limited to just 210 bottles. A bold yet elegant whisky, beautifully presented with artwork by Steven Shand.
