Crafted from the 2012 vintage of Organic Barley, this expression is distilled using grains sourced from Mid Coul farm in Inverness, Scotland. The barley is cultivated without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilizers. The nose reveals intricate aromas of hay, dried barley, creamy fudge, runny honey, and bright citrus oils, leading to notes of apricot and fresh coconut.
