Bruichladdich Organic Barley is a premium whisky distilled from 100% organic barley sourced from Mid Coul, Coulmore, and Mains of Tullibardine Farms. Aged exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks, it opens with delicate notes of almond and candied lemon, followed by a hint of toasted barley. On the palate, it delivers a rich texture and upfront sweetness, with flavours of honey, green jelly beans, pear drops, and a refreshing touch of crisp citrus.
