Product Information
Copalli is a cacao rum from Belize from the Copal Tree Distillery. The distillery are on a mission to promote environmental sustainability, using left over sugar cane material to fuel the pot stills at the distillery. They also use canopy water in the proofing process. The spirit is created with freshly crushed sugar cane which is then combined with organic cacao, adding rich chocolate hints to the spirit. 70cl 40% ABV

Palate – Full and round with a medium bodied weight and rich, velvety texture. Some vanilla swaying between sweet and savory with a hint of white pepper and spice.
Finish – Good length with notes of almond, clotted cream and some faint almond and Brazil nut characteristics.
