Product Information
Copalli is a white rum from Belize from the Copal Tree Distillery. The distillery are on a mission to promote environmental sustainability, using left over sugar cane material to fuel the pot stills at the distillery. They also use canopy water in the proofing process.The spirit is created with fresh, organic sugar cane, it’s soft and subtly grassy, with hints of lemon and mint developing.
