Nose – There’s a pleasant fruity edge – the producer’s liken it to a kirsch – that comes from the beets.
Palate – Vanilla, light caramel, white pepper and a little creamy radish.
Finish – Warming vanilla and red liquorice.
Light oat and citrus sweetness, with a mellow touch of honey coming through. Hints of spice develop.

Palate – Warm with strong peppercorn notes and a touch of sweetness.
Finish – Dry, clean and warming sensation on the finish.
