Product Information
Cascara, the fruit of the coffee cherry, is typically discarded in massive quantities during coffee production. Discarded repurposes this fruit by steeping it in fortified wine, which itself is usually thrown away after seasoning whisky barrels. The result is a richly flavoured and complex vermouth, crafted from what would otherwise be waste.
