Discarded Chardonnay Vodka is a 70cl spirit crafted from the often-overlooked byproducts of the wine-making process, specifically the pomace, which is usually discarded or destroyed. In an effort to reduce waste, Discarded distills this pomace into the base of their Grape Skin Vodka. The vodka is then blended with ‘wine alcohol’ from dealcoholized Chardonnay, which retains much of the grape’s original flavour.
