Elements of Islay Sherry Cask is matured in first-fill and refill sherry butts and hogsheads, and is bottled at 54.5% to fully showcase the whisky’s natural character. This Islay single malt features flavours of dried fruits and dark chocolate from a south coast distillery, combined with notes of lemon oil and Arbroath smokie from a north coast distillery.
