Ingredients
Gin Bothy Chilli Liqueur — 50 Ml, Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice — 20 Ml, Aperol — 15 Ml, Tonic Water, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves And Chilli Slices
Method
Add The Mint Leaves, Coriander And Chilli Slices To A Highball Glass. Add The Gin Bothy Chilli Liqueur, Aperol And Lime Juice, Muddle Together. Add Crushed Ice, Stir With A Long Stirrer And Top Up With Tonic Water. Garnish With A Little Chilli, Mint Leaves And Coriander.

Juniper Makes Its Presence Felt Throughout Holding The Gin Very Firmly In Place, But Cumin And Cardamom Lead The Way In Terms Of Discernible Spices.
Finish – Coriander Seed Does Its Best To Extend The Impression Of Citrus Onto The Finish, Which Is As One Might Expect Given The Botanical Line Up, Dry, Spiced And Enduring.
