Double distilled with unpeated malted barley, it matures in first-fill ex-bourbon casks before finishing in heavily charred virgin American white oak from Kelvin Cooperage. This unique bottling, presented at 59.5% ABV and limited to just 750 bottles, amplifies the fruity heart of the unpeated style, with vibrant notes of Seville orange marmalade, dried apricot, toffee apple, poached pear, and toasted pineapple.
