Unveiled in late 2023, Glenallachie’s 10-year-old Cask Strength Batch 10 emerges as a coveted limited edition, personally curated by the esteemed Billy Walker. The selection of casks for this blend encompasses an assortment of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, as one would expect, complemented by the inclusion of red wine barriques and virgin American oak casks. The whisky is presented in its unaltered form, free from artificial coloring or chill filtration, maintaining its robust natural potency at 58.6%. This is the epitome of heavily-sherried Speyside malt at its most exceptional.
