As always GlenAllachie’s Master Distiller Billy Walker has been evaluating casks and refining recipes to create something unique. This 15 year old is their jewel in the crown and part of the core range. Natural colour, non chill filtered and bottled at 46%. Sunset bronze in colour. A nose robust with raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices. A first taste of sweet spice and butterscotch flourishes into bananas, orange peel and dark chocolate.
