Product Information
Aged in the finest bourbon casks, the 1997 spirit inspired Dr. Bill’s rare experiment with Château Montrose red wine casks. After 13 years, the single malt whisky developed rich berried depths. Dr. Bill combined bourbon-aged whisky with oloroso sherry casks to enhance its citrus notes, sweetness, and spiciness. Additional secret casks added complexity to the whisky.
