Inspired by Dr. Bill’s visits to French patisseries, the whisky begins with silky smooth Glenmorangie from ex-bourbon casks and undergoes a finishing touch in sweet white wine casks. Sauternes and Montbazillac casks contribute pastry, brioche, meringue, and baked apple notes, while Moscatel casks offer cake-like sweetness. Tokaji casks contribute white chocolate, almond, and honeycomb flavors, creating an unparalleled range of nectar-like sweetness in a Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
