Product Information
“Made by Edinburgh” represents the culmination of Holyrood Distilleries extensive exploration of heritage beer yeasts and specialty malts. In the creation of this distinctive New Make, they harnessed the knowledge gained from their previous releases in the Brewer’s Series. They employed Edinburgh ale yeast and drew inspiration from an 80 Shilling Ale recipe for the mash bill. This blend incorporated distilling malt along with two specialty malts, namely Crystal Malt and Chocolate Malt.
