Product Information
Inverdarach Potstill editions are introduced as a tribute to exceptional discoveries within single casks. Under the Inverdarach label, these bottlings come to life – the initial three releases in partnership with Austrian distributor Potstill, and others reserved for exclusive private customers. The brand’s name, derived from Gaelic signifying ‘where waters meet’ and ‘oak,’ underscores the commitment to sourcing and bottling outstanding whiskies, each originating from the essential elements of water and wood.
A brilliantly beachy nose – salty, with pineapple chunks as well as a whack of woodsmoke and whisky laden oak.
The palate starts delightfully peaty, then moves into warming liquorice, toasted charcoals, and a touch of pipe tobacco.
The finish is long and zingy, lighting the whole mouth up with the heat of chilli peppers.
