The tiny Scottish island of Bute is the inspiration behind Isle of Bute’s Small Batch Gins, with botanicals being sourced from the island and surrounding area. Hand picked Heather from the Isle is distilled with pink grapefruit and other traditional botanicals to create a sweet and citrus finish. Serve with a light tonic and a wedge of pink grapefruit or fresh berries.
