This 12-year-old edition features more pronounced Sherried elements compared to the 8-year-old version. Expect creamy vanilla aromas with hints of orange zest, ground coriander, honeycomb, and distant heather fire. The smooth and balanced palate offers flavours of dried apricot, gooseberry, and gentle spice, leading to a lingering peat finish with notes of lime, dark chocolate, and fresh mint.
