Product Information
The 14th Edition of Kilchoman 100% Islay, released in 2024, is crafted from barley harvested in 2013 and 2014 and matured for at least 9 years in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. This maturation process imparts layers of vanilla, butterscotch, and rich fruity notes, balanced with the spirit’s natural citrus sweetness and floral peat smoke. The nose reveals campfire smoke, preserved lemon, and tropical sweetness, while the palate offers creamy caramelised sugars, vanilla, pineapple, and fresh ginger. The finish is oily, textured, with rich sherry notes and lingering peat smoke.
