Bottled annually in limited quantities, this edition undergoes initial maturation in Bourbon Barrels followed by a six-month finish in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads from Jerez, Spain. Crafted with Concerto malted barley and borehole water, the carefully chosen yeast and fermentation process create a robust flavor. With a taste profile richer than the Kilmory expression, it showcases sweet spices and lush fruits, bottled at 55% ABV without chill filtration or added color.
