Product Information
Lindores Abbey’s Aqua Vitae is distilled in pot stills and then infused with a blend of spices and herbs, including cleavers, lemon verbena, douglas fir and sweet cicely, all of which are foraged from the grounds of the ancient Abbey. Good quality enough to enjoy simply over ice with a twist of orange or lime. An amazing spirit with a good bit of history behind it – the earliest Aqua Vitae produced at Lindores Abbey’s historic site was back in 1494.
