In their series of annual small batch releases, Lochlea distillery showcases its signature style in four distinctive expressions, each aligned with the farming calendar. The ‘Fallow Edition’ (Second Crop) uniquely marries Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, resulting in a rich, autumnal dram with notes of manuka honey, golden syrup, and sweetly spiced ginger candy. This edition is the third in a limited set of four, embodying the restful season of autumn on the farm, following the busy harvest.
