The pinnacle of the Lost Mexican range, Reposado is a tribute to Stanley Kiernan, a Cornish miner turned Mexican mezcal creator. Crafted by the son of a Penzance distiller who settled in Central Mexico in the 1870s, Reposado encapsulates a lifetime of experimentation with local flavors, resulting in the world’s first Cornish-made mezcal. As an elderly man, more Mexican than Cornish, Kiernan would visit the Panteón Inglés, where his fellow expatriate miners rested. With a wistful smile, he’d raise a glass of his finest Reposado among their tombstones, toasting their transatlantic adventures. This 40% Alc/Vol, 70CL bottle is a testament to his enduring legacy.
