Product Information
Fifteen. One
Octomore 15.1 is the cornerstone of each series, showcasing the intense influence of peat smoke. Aged in first-fill bourbon and re-charred ex-bourbon casks, it offers a bold, raw single malt with smooth vanilla custard, sweet charred oak, and robust peat.
– Malted to 108.2 PPM, bottled at 59.1% ABV, aged 5 years.
Fifteen. Two
Octomore 15.2 provides a unique contrast to 15.1, using second-fill wine, bourbon, and first-fill Cognac casks. Its layers of nutmeg, toasted oak, caramel, and delicate floral notes create a complex, elegant single malt.
– Malted to 108.2 PPM, bottled at 57.9% ABV, aged 5 years.
Fifteen. Three
Octomore 15.3 combines heavy peat levels and Islay barley, offering a robust and complex whisky with ripe fruit and sea spray notes. Aged in bourbon and Oloroso hogsheads, it evokes a sense of place and provenance.
– Malted to 307.2 PPM, bottled at 61.3% ABV, aged 5 years.
*Note: 15.3 is the second most heavily peated whisky from Bruichladdich, following the 2017 Octomore 8.3 at 309 PPM.*
