Sagamore Cask Strength Rye Whiskey is a blend of high-rye and low-rye mash bills aged between 4 and 7 years. The 7-year-old whiskey imparts deep chocolate, hazelnut, and molasses notes, while the 4-year-old adds bright citrus and balanced spice. After the distillers blend these straight rye whiskies, they incorporate a touch of limestone-filtered water from their 1909 spring house. The result is a complex, perfectly layered whiskey that highlights the art of blending.
