The third release in the range is a small batch peated Single Malt from Glenturret Distillery, which will remain an ongoing product. It has been matured in first-fill, sherry seasoned, European Oak Hogshead and aged for 8 years. The whisky has a volume of 70cl with 46.7% alcohol content and has not undergone chill filtration, retaining its natural color. Upon pouring, it has a deep copper appearance. On the nose, one can detect earthy notes, dry charcoal smoke, barbecued meat, and orange oil. The palate has a spicy kick, with hints of dried fruits, resinous notes, blood orange, tobacco, and honey. The finish is long with a medium dry finish, making it a satisfying sip.
