Pembrokeshire Gin Co was established in 2018 by business partners Charlotte Clark and John Mathers and they launched Tenby Dry Gin the same year. Charlotte and John own craft shop The Nook and its sister shop The Cranny in the centre of Tenby and were inspired by their shared love of gin and Tenby. They developed the gin with Alex Jungmayr and Ellen Wakelam at In The Welsh Wind Distillery in Cardigan where the gin is distilled. Eight botanicals are used including juniper, rosemary, cardamom, coriander, sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, grapefruit peel, and lemon peel.
