Its enticing aromas of fruit, cracked pepper, and dark chocolate lead to a palate of nectarines, ginger, and freshly ground coffee. The copper gold-colored whisky is finished in the same sherry casks, resulting in a rich and satisfying taste.
Jura Seven Wood – Jura Seven Wood is a tribute to the master blender’s skill, shaped by seven oak woods including ex-bourbon American white oak, Vosges, Bertranges, Jupilles, Allier, Tronçais, and Limousin barrels. With a mahogany gold color, it offers an aromatic fusion of coffee, ginger spice, and milk chocolate. The taste features caramelized peach, chewy liquorice, candied orange, sea-spray, and smoke, showcasing the influence of the seven oak woods in its cask finish.
Jura Journey – Jura Journey is the perfect introduction to a world of flavor, with a balanced blend of subtle smoke and sweetness. The distillery’s journey has shaped both the community and the whisky itself. Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, it offers aromas of vanilla spice, citrus, and a hint of smoke, with a taste of cinnamon, pears, pecans, and toffee fudge.
