Product Information
A blended malt from little-known Japanese whisky producer, Matsui Shuzou. It’s made with whiskies sourced from Scottish distilleries, blended with Japanese whisky and volcanic-stone-filtered water. The distillery is located in the Tottori Prefecture, the least populous prefecture in Japan, well-known for its sand dunes.

Nose – Sweet briny smokiness with a distinctly island character that hints at antiseptic, creasote, wax polish, mint chocolate and floral seaside aromas.
Palate – Tantalisingly sweet yet medicinal flavours release sparks of spicy pepper with peaty smoke and vanilla malty creaminess.
Finish – Spicy white pepper and sweet vibrant liquorice and cloves with a lingering saltiness.
