The Scalasaig Island Hopper Tobermory Distillery 2013 is a Limited Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky from The Whisky Cellar, bottled at 46.5% ABV in 70cl. Distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2021, this expression was finished for 18 months in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads, combining four casks (12058–12061) to produce a rich and complex profile. Non-chill filtered with natural colour, it is limited to just 1,490 bottles. The nose offers honeyed cereal, cinnamon pastries, and poached pears, while the palate delivers sweet melon, brown sugar, wood smoke, and salted peanuts, with a finish of ripe stone fruits and warm spice.
