Distilled in 2009, it matures in American oak ex-bourbon casks before a final flourish in handpicked Pedro Ximénez sherry quarter casks, imparting rich fruit notes and enhancing its natural sweetness. Bottled at 46% ABV, without colouring or chill filtration, it offers a beautifully balanced, smooth, and fruity whisky from the heart of the Cairngorms.
