They developed the gin with Alex Jungmayr and Ellen Wakelam at In The Welsh Wind Distillery in Cardigan where the gin is distilled. Eight botanicals are used including juniper, rosemary, cardamom, coriander, sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel, grapefruit peel, and lemon peel. -
