Orders under £500.00 excluding VAT will incur a £7.50 carriage charge for mainland UK. For island deliveries, a £10.00 carriage charge will apply on all orders.

Returns Policy

• Goods may be returned by prior arrangement only.
• Unless damaged or defective when you received them from us, all goods must be returned to us in their original condition with all seals intact and without price stickers.
• Refunds will be made only for goods which can be returned to our stock.
• A charge may be made for returned goods.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless they are damaged, defective or supplied by us in error.
• If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to provide a full refund and we will either arrange for a collection or reimburse your cost of returning it.
