Peat’s Beast Sherry offers familiar peppery peat smoke and seaweed notes, complemented by sweet hints of dates, figs, and Spanish Sherry. The palate delivers a peat bite with warm undertones of clove, vanilla, chocolate, and burnt caramel, culminating in an incredibly long finish.
Colour – Glows like a barley field of shimmering gold… but with hints of a darker burnished copper from the PX cask finish.
Nose – Damp smoke, peat, TCP, seaweed then morphing into sweet syrupy burnt sugar notes from the Sherry cask.
