Approachable and easy drinking, The Classic opens the door to discovering the rest of Glen Moray’s whiskies.
Glen Moray Port Cask Finish (40%) This richer, sweeter Glen Moray. Matured first in American oak casks for classic Speyside notes, it is then carefully finished over several months in port casks from Porto Cruz, renowned as the world’s No. 1 port. Light, fruity and balanced, the Port Cask Finish is enjoyed by single malt lovers and whisky newcomers alike.
Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish (40%) The deep and complex sherry illustrates the expertise in marrying casks. The spirit is matured in American oak casks, for the traditional Speyside style. Then when the whisky is ready, the single malt is finished for several months in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. The single malt emerges from those sherry casks filled with notes of dried fruity, nuts and spice, to be savoured both by long-time single malt fans and those who are new to whisky.
Glen Moray Peated (40%) Balancing smoky intensity with classic Speyside smoothness, this dram is a fascinating introduction to peated whiskies. It begins with barley which, unusually for Glen Moray, is dried in a peat-fired kiln, for hints of smoke. Uniting this peated barley with the traditional malted barley, creating a lightly peated spirit threaded with distinctive campfire notes. Aged in American oak casks for undertones of vanilla and oak, this smoky single malt reveals a new dimension to Glen Moray, intriguing long-time whisky fans and those new to single malt.

Glen Moray 12yo (40%) This single malt is entirely aged in select American oak casks, to bring its traditional Speyside character to its best. Glenfarclas 105 5cl 60% – A great whisky holding all the flavours of Glenfarclas in one glass. The smoothness makes the 105 drinkable at cask strength. To fully explore the great depths of the 105 – add a little water. Deep peaty-gold in colour. Complex aromas of oak, apples, pears and a tempting dark toffee sweetness. Its dry and assertive flavour quickly develops to reveal a rich spiciness, combined with a hint of oak and sherried fruit. An amazing smooth finish for it’s strength. Wonderfully warming with a lingering spiciness, yet very rounded.
Glenfarclas 25yo 5cl 43% – 100% matured in Oloroso sherry casks. A great after dinner whisky so rich and full that it is a dessert in itself, with a finish that goes on forever. Amber with dark gold highlights in colour. The nose is complex yet refined, with tempting aromas of marmalade, honey, freshly ground coffee, sherry and nuts. Full bodied and robust flavour. Sherry and oak fight for your attention but none are overpowering . A long lasting intense finish. Dry and malty with a beautiful dark chocolate.
