Interestingly, the Banditti Club gets its name from a historical association with a group of rogues who would convene in Glasgow’s pubs, engaging in late-night revelry of singing, eating, and playing music. This rum is crafted on the island of Madeira, distilled from sugarcane juice, and later transported to Glasgow for a year-long maturation in oak casks. Infused with a blend of pineapple, orange, cacao, and allspice, the result is a richly aromatic and warming rum, making it a fantastic match with ginger beer and a lime wedge.
