Product Information
The Port of Leith Distillery want to produce outstanding single malt whisky and to do that they need to find some very special barrels to mature their whisky, and they began by looking for very special sherry. Founded in 1631, Bodegas Baron is a small producer obsessed with quality. Their Oloroso has delicious complex flavours of crisp toffee, orange peel and plump raisins. One day these flavours may be swirling around their whisky.
