Product Information
The first cask strength to become part of Tomatin’s core range. Matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks and retaining the rich, sweet undertones of a classic Tomatin. A delicious aroma of crushed walnuts and caramel, Seville orange, black pepper and red berries. Ginger, green apple and a touch of salty sea air on the palate gives way to sweet chocolate and cooking spices. With a finish of vanilla pods and crumbly fudge.
