Botanicals include coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, sweet orange and lemon peel. For an easy cocktail try a Watermelon Spritz. Combine 50ml Whitley Neill Watermelon and Kiwi Gin with a dash of watermelon juice over ice in a tall glass. Top with lemonade then garnish with a grapefruit wedge and mint leaves.
