Product Information
Aberlour A’bunadh Batch 81 is a Speyside single malt crafted in small batches using time-honoured methods and bottled at natural cask strength. Meaning “the original” in Gaelic, it is made with local spring water from Ben Rinnes and barley from fields near the distillery, then matured exclusively in handpicked Spanish sherry casks filled for the first time, imparting deep, rich flavour. Bottled without chill filtration, this whisky pours a dark amber and opens with aromas of spice, praline and spiced orange. The palate is full and robust with black cherries and ginger, leading to a long, balanced finish of oak and dark chocolate. Bottled at 61.6% ABV in a 70cl format.
