The 2017 vintage of RyeLaw, the inaugural release from InchDairnie Distillery, is a distinctive rye whisky made with 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. It’s fermented with rye-specific yeast and matured in newly charred oak casks from the Ozark Mountains, USA, at 46.3% ABV. Expect aromas of rye spice, oak, and vanilla, with a palate of pepper, sweet biscuits, cereal, and dried fruit, finishing with sweet spice.
